Estimates are at standard prices for one company at the Professional tier: each month counts the refresh, the dashboard it updates and the memory fee. A job that needs more than its standard price shows you a quote first. Prices exclude tax, which is added at checkout where it applies.
Every pack includes everything
- Every feature: workbook, dashboard, commentary and chat
- All three intelligence tiers
- As many companies as you need, once you have bought credits
- Credits never expire
Questions about credits
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you spend them. There is no validity period and nothing resets.
Is there a subscription?
No. There is no subscription, no per-seat fee and no minimum. You buy a pack when you need credits. Each active company carries a small monthly fee in credits for keeping its mappings and history; beyond that, a month in which you run nothing costs nothing.
How does this compare with a monthly subscription?
A reporting subscription charges for every month and every client or organisation connected, whether or not a report was produced. Here you pay for what you run: a company is set up once, each month after that is a refresh at a fraction of the setup price, and the only standing charge is each active company's monthly memory fee. A company you report on quarterly pays for four refreshes a year and its memory fee, not twelve months of a plan, and credits you do not use never expire.
What does a credit buy?
Each action — setting up a company, adding a month, a dashboard, written commentary, a chat question — has a standard price in credits, listed in your wallet once you have an account. Setting up a company costs the most because it is where the ledgers are mapped; every month after that reuses the mapping and costs a fraction of it.
What are the three intelligence tiers?
Efficient, Professional and Expert. Every action that uses AI can run at any of them: a higher tier brings more careful work to ambiguous ledgers, commentary and chat answers, and costs more credits for the same action. Professional is the default and is what the estimates on this page assume. Whatever the tier, the figures are computed the same way, and a monthly refresh on unchanged ledger structure makes no AI call at all.
What is the monthly memory fee?
Each company you have set up keeps its mapping, its months, its dashboard, its files, its chat conversations and the facts you have asked the assistant to remember, which it uses in every chat answer about that company. It pays a small fee in credits once a month for that — the first month is included in its setup. It is the only standing charge. Delete a company and its fee stops at once.
What if a job needs more than its standard price?
Then it stops and shows you a quote before anything runs. Unusually large or unusual books can take more work than the standard price covers; you decide whether to go ahead, and nothing is charged unless you accept.
Can I get a refund?
Credits are non-refundable once bought, except where the law requires otherwise. If an action fails because of a fault on our side, its credits go back to your balance.
Is there a free trial?
New accounts start with 1,500 free credits, enough to set up one company on your own books at its standard price: one grant per person or business, not for throwaway email addresses. There is no card to enter and nothing to cancel: the credits are added at your first sign-in, or a later one, and every action shows its price before you press it. After that you buy credits in packs, which never expire, and each company you keep has a monthly memory fee.
